Everything the host touches during service, built for one hand and a rush.
Breakfast check-in
Your host works a sectioned list β to serve, ad-hoc, no breakfast, checked in β for the current breakfast day. Every arrival already carries its resolved entitlement, so nobody cross-checks a rate code by hand. Search, filter by status, stay, tier, tag or segment, and save the combination as a preset the whole team shares.

Pax & partial check-in
Entitlement is counted in people, not rooms. When two of a party of four come down, check in just those two β the rest stay expected and your cover count stays honest. Each partial is capped on the server under a row lock, so two hosts tapping at the same moment can never over-serve a room.

Ad-hoc entries
Not every breakfast is on a reservation. Record a walk-in, a goodwill cover or a PMS gap with a room, pax, type and a reason from your own managed catalogue β across a date range if it runs for several mornings. It's reachable from anywhere in the app, not only from the check-in list.

Breakfast door sales
For a room without breakfast included, register a sale across the mornings the guest wants, with adult and child counts and an optional percentage or fixed discount. Prices are snapshotted at the moment of sale, so a later price change never rewrites history, and every total is re-derived on the server.

Close the breakfast day
When service ends, a manager files a short report β a summary pre-filled with the day's own figures, plus issue tags and detail β and the day freezes. No more check-ins, undos or removals, while viewing and commenting stay open. Reopening is soft, so the original report and its audit stamp survive.

Set the rules once, point your reports at us, and every arrival resolves on its own.
Entitlement rules & tiers
Match on a source field with an operator and a value list, add exclusions, order by priority, and pick the outcome: included, no breakfast, or a loyalty redemption. A live preview inside the open dialog tells you how many reservations a rule would catch before you save it, and warns you when it collides with a rule above it.

PMS integration
Opera sends its daily reports to a unique inbound address per hotel and report type. That is the entire integration β no API credentials to issue, no VPN, no vendor ticket. Reservations, occupancy and guest preferences arrive and upsert against what's already there. Running something else? Mews, Cloudbeds, Apaleo, protel, Guestline and the other leading systems are built on request.

Data health
A monitoring screen shows each report against the window it was expected in, the files received with their row counts, and a retry for anything that failed. It also surfaces drift: codes appearing in the feed that no enabled rule covers, and today's entitlement conflicts β each one deep-linking into the rules workspace with the code already filled in.

Know your numbers
Occupancy, covers, attach rate and revenue β forecast before service, reported after.
The nine-day view
The landing screen is a nine-day breakfast rail: occupancy, sellable rooms, ADR and revenue, adults and children, entitled and tier pax, expected against served covers, attach rate, ad-hoc count, late arrivals and no-show rate β each against its comparison day. Where a figure needs imported data you haven't got yet, it says so instead of inventing one.

Forecast & history
Month tabs across a full year, with KPI tiles and a per-day table of occupied and available rooms, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and pax. Everything up to today is actual and everything after it is forecast, and the chart keeps the two visibly apart. A separate arrival curve projects check-ins per fifteen minutes from your own historic weekday pattern.

Report library
A searchable catalogue with a live preview on every tile: expected covers, show-up rate and no-shows, tier utilisation, attach rate against occupancy, ad-hoc volume and cost broken down by reason and by who raised it, breakfast sales and conversion, and guest-feedback trends. Every one of them exports to CSV and XLSX.

Two screens your guests use directly, and the feedback that comes back from them.
Guest feedback
Put a tablet on a stand with your hotel's own link. Guests leave a star rating, pick from your 'what went well' and 'could be better' tags, and add a room number or a comment if they feel like it. Staff get a thirty-day trend, the rating distribution and recent comments, plus a full report for range analysis and export.

Busy-times display
A TV or tablet at the breakfast-room door shows live busyness as Quiet, Moderate, Busy, Almost full or Full, with a fill bar, the typical daily pattern and today's window. It's estimated from check-ins within your average dwell time against your configured seating β and a hotel that hasn't set a capacity gets a plain open-or-closed message rather than a guess.

Who can do what, what stays private, and which language each person reads it in.
Roles & permissions
Beyond the seeded host, reception and manager roles, you build your own from a matrix grouped into operations, configuration, reporting and platform. Permissions are bound to the hotel you're in, one member can hold several roles at once, and deleting a role warns you while people still hold it.

Privacy & security
Breakfast happens in a public room, on a screen anyone can read over. Switch masking on and the real name never reaches the browser at all β it's fetched one row at a time, deliberately, when a host genuinely needs it. A hotel can make two-factor mandatory for everyone, and passkeys are supported for sign-in.

Five languages
The whole interface ships in five languages. A hotel sets its default and chooses which ones it offers, and each member picks their own from that set. Server-rendered text β flash messages, validation, email β comes back in the same language as the page it belongs to.
